Bias trim, silk mix velvet dress. HRW1715

This size 18 shift dress was sample. It has bias cut cuffs on 3/4 sleeves, and a bias neck trim. It is all in navy silk mix velvet, and is plush  and luxurious. Navy has the flattering qualities of black, with a much more softening colour tone.
